Jeep Cherokee XJ Rear Inner Stiffener Set
This is the four piece rear inner stiffener set, as seen in The Resurrection Cherokee Series on YouTube. These stiffeners are 3/16" thick, CNC cut and press brake bent. A must have for anyone planning to put their Jeep through the paces out on the trail!
We recommend using C-clamps to clamp these tightly to your XJ's unibody then stitch weld. Finish off by installing seam sealer between the stitchs then apply the primer and paint of your choosing. Fuel tank will have to be removed for this install.
The last two photos of the stiffeners tacked onto the Jeep differ slightly from the actual product being sold. (There will be no weld washers welded onto the stiffeners for the crossmember seen, the stiffeners in those two photos were modified for a custom application).
